Before You Begin
Because each piece is personalized, we take time to confirm your photos, design details, materials, and timeline before production begins.
Send your pet’s photo, name, story, and the keepsake idea you have in mind.
We review your customization needs, material options, and estimated production time.
Once everything is confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin your custom piece.
The remaining 50% balance is paid before shipment, after final confirmation.
Custom Order Policy
DearlyPaw keepsakes are not mass-produced items. Each piece is made personally for your pet, based on the photos, details, and memories you share with us.
For this reason, once production has started, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
We also do not accept rush orders. We believe meaningful keepsakes deserve time, patience, and careful attention.
Your deposit allows us to reserve production time and begin preparing your custom piece.
The remaining balance is paid after final confirmation and before your keepsake is shipped.
Every piece is made slowly and thoughtfully. We recommend allowing enough time for customization.
Because your keepsake is made uniquely for your pet, it cannot be resold or remade for another family.
